Nick is a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor and former Lending Underwriter for Bank of Scotland International. Nick moved to the Isle of Man Income Tax Division as an Enforcement Officer and Intelligence Officer. Nick the transferred to the Gambling Supervision Commission as an eGaming Inspector in 2013. Having gained a unique insight into gambling regulation Nick move back into the private sector managing the eGaming Department of an international fiduciary where he held a number of Directorships on licensed gambling companies, taking them from concept to go-live. Most recently Nick assisted with the structuring, administration and management of esports businesses.
Lee is the CEO of Astin Accounts Solutions. Lee is an FCCA qualified accountant, with extensive boardroom level expertise gained from working across a range of business sectors. During his career, Lee has worked in the capacity of COO, Finance Director, Head of Business Controlling, Group Financial Controller and Head of Client Accounting for organisations in the Isle of Man, UK and Malta.
Andrew is the Group CEO of Affinity Management Services, a leading Corporate and Trust Service Provider with offices in both the Isle of Man and Malta.
Andrew has worked in the Corporate and Trust Service Sectors for the past 15 years. Andrew is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Directors (IoD) and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree.
Andrew has been on the board of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers since 2017.
